Postdoctoral Fellow in serial crystallography data analytics

Responsibilities
* The development of serial crystallography data analysis pipelines at SwissFEL and the SLS 2.0.
* Assist in the development of the Xtrapol8 software suite in collaboration with Dr. Elke De Zitter, Dr. Nicolas Coquelle and Dr. Jacques-Philippe Colletier in the DYNAMOP Group at the Institut de Biologie Structurale (IBS), Grenoble.
* Perform pump-probe experiments at XFELs and synchrotrons with the aim of defining best practices in data collection methods.
* Assist the development and maintenance of Cristallina devices and software related to SFX measurements.
* Assist Cristallina users to conduct their experiments.
Your profile (Qualifications)
* PhD degree in natural sciences.
* Proficiency in Python and/or other coding language.
* Proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Experience in serial macromolecular crystallography at synchrotrons and XFELs is an asset.
* Experience in protein handling and crystallization is an asset.
* Communication skills in French and German are an asset.
