Your Tasks
* Provide legal and strategic advice on compliance topics such as anti‑corruption, sanctions, trade compliance, AML, data protection and competition law
* Support business units and corporate functions with pragmatic, risk‑based compliance guidance for national and international activities
* Maintain and further develop the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls and reporting
* Manage compliance investigations and whistleblowing cases, including coordination of remediation measures with internal stakeholders
* Conduct compliance risk assessments and support cross‑functional projects with compliance and regulatory requirements
* Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness initiatives to strengthen the compliance culture across the organization
With this you convince us
* Master's degree in Law or a comparable qualification
* Several years of professional experience in compliance, legal or regulatory roles, ideally in an international industrial environment
* Solid knowledge of key compliance areas such as anti‑corruption, sanctions, data protection, trade compliance and competition law
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex legal topics to non‑legal stakeholders
* Fluency in English and good command of German; additional languages are an advantage
* High integrity, discretion and a structured, solution‑oriented working style with strong collaboration skills in international teams
