Your Responsibilities Include:
"Junior Project Manager" activities: Project management of OT projects in the pharmaceutical environment, support/handling of inquiries, (partial) project responsibility regarding deadlines and costs, coordination and handling of customer inquiries (incidents/help desk)
"Junior IT Specialist" activities: Technical coordination with customers and suppliers, deployment of workstations, virtual machines, and servers in customer projects, installation and configuration of IT/OT networks and services in customer projects, client/server lifecycle management from deployment to retirement, support in creating system concepts across departments, creation of necessary specifications and test documentation, conducting acceptance tests on-site, support in technical solution searches and analysis assistance

To support our team effectively, ideally bring the following valuable skills:
Completed IT education, further training (e.g., HF), and certificates are advantageous
2-5 years of professional experience in IT
Workload 80% to 100% (preferably 100%)
Proficient spoken and written communication in German and English
Self-reliance, commitment, teamwork, and a proactive personality with systematic and methodical work approach, strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in ICT infrastructure (integration, configuration, operation)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft products, Windows 10, and M365 is advantageous
Good knowledge of Active Directory, VDI, VMWare is beneficial
Willingness to learn and a strong desire to venture into new areas
Driver's license category B
