We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Business Analyst & Lease Management Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid position, you will play a key part in managing the data of our portfolio, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting lease administration processes. You will work closely with internal Real Estate teams and external partners to maintain and enhance the data in our real Estate data systems, particularly Archibus. Your contributions will help streamline operations, improve data quality, and support strategic decision-making across the division. How you’ll make an impact Ensuring portfolio data quality and accuracy in Archibus, while mastering its functionalities Collaborating with the Real Estate team to collect accurate data Coordinating with and monitoring our external vendor responsible for lease abstraction. Managing leases and improving abstraction processes Conducting training sessions for Archibus and the lease abstraction tool Reporting bugs and testing fixes Raising POs and verifying invoices Preparing presentation decks, analyses, reports. and strategic planning.
