10. Active contribution to and further development of processes in controlling and supply chain
11. Strategic and professional involvement in group-wide projects in the supply chain area
This is you
12. Completed degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. accounting & controlling expert)
13. 5–10 years of professional experience, ideally in an international industrial company
14. Leadership experience and competence in team development
15. Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations
16. Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with high commitment
17. Pragmatic team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and convincing communication skills
18. Business-fluent German and English, spoken and written
19. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
20. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, Essbase or OneStream is an advantage
21. Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips
