Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team in Switzerland fixed-term until end of 2025.
Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:
1. Crafting and negotiating contracts for Customer Experience Management (CXM), including website and app development, as well as handling personal data processing agreements.
2. Drafting and negotiating media service contracts.
3. Providing expert legal advice in intellectual property and competition law within the IT sector.
4. Collaborating closely with business units, including conducting training sessions.
5. Addressing legal matters related to labor law, temporary employment, nearshoring, and offshoring.
6. Offering guidance on personal data protection, with a thorough understanding of GDPR and Swiss data protection legislation.
7. Developing pragmatic solutions in partnership with business units and stakeholders.
8. Management of and liaising with external lawyers and consultants.
9. Conducting training for staff members.
Qualifications
A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:
10. A minimum of three years' experience in a legal setting, either within a law firm or a corporate legal department.
11. Swiss bar qualification and a very good academic record.
12. Insight into the workings of international corporations.
13. Proficient in intellectual property and data protection laws.
14. Familiarity with corporate law.
15. Exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
16. A proactive partner to the business, aiding in strategic decisions.
17. Goal-driven, with an efficient work ethic.
18. A collaborative team member.
19. Adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure.
20. Business proficiency in English and German, with French being a plus.
