Position Overview:
This role reports to the ABB Salesforce Practice Head and involves full ownership of the Salesforce Marketing & Sales products. The Product Owner will establish a global vision and strategy aligned with organizational objectives, fostering efficiency, consistency, and collaboration across multiple divisions. Responsibilities include managing product demands, promoting agile methodologies, and driving adoption of core solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Foster communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritize demands.
* Take end-to-end ownership of the Salesforce Marketing & Sales product, establishing a strategic vision aligned with organizational goals.
* Lead and motivate the ASP Team, ensuring regular communication on project milestones.
* Promote the use of Salesforce standard features to maximize efficiency and reduce complexity.
* Define capability roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and manage product backlogs.
* Collaborate on change management strategies for onboarding and adoption.
* Oversee budget planning, compliance, and data governance standards.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; Master’s degree and 12-15+ years of experience preferred.
* 4-6 years as a Product Owner or similar role within Salesforce Marketing & Sales domain.
* Salesforce certifications such as Scrum Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator, or Sales Cloud Consultant preferred.
* Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing & Sales technologies.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
