Tasks
* Manage and process work orders in Gatekeeper system in accordance with procurement policy and SOPs.
* Serve as the first point of contact for daily order management questions from internal stakeholders.
* Assist in obtaining and analyzing quotations from third parties to ensure competitive pricing.
* Support R&D Senior Procurement Manager in cost management of ongoing services in alignment with the budget.
* Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation, including contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
* Assist in preparing documentation for audits.
* Work closely with R&D, Senior Procurement Manager, Legal and Finance departments.
* Participate in cross-functional meetings and support R&D, Senior Procurement Manager in preparing procurement related topics.
* Support and maintain procurement IT systems, ensuring smooth operation and integration.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
* First experience in procurement gained within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
* Basic understanding of procurement processes and sourcing.
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
* Experience with procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
