Your Role - Review and map current programs, workflows, and governance practices - Identify structural gaps, inefficiencies, and overlaps - Design a standardized Academy‑wide framework and operating model - Define governance structures, roles, processes, and SOPs - Develop practical tools and templates to support implementation Key Deliverables - Current‑state assessment and gap analysis - Standardized program framework and operating model - SOPs, templates, and governance structure - Implementation roadmap and handover documentation Your Profile - Advanced university degree (Business, Education, Organizational Development, or related) - Minimum 7 years' experience in business analysis, operations, or program management - Proven experience designing operational frameworks and SOPs - Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills - Excellent English; strong MS Office skills - Experience in international or complex organizational settings an asset For this position we can only consider applicants with a Swiss work permit or a Swiss/EU passport.
