Job Description:
Logmind is an innovative and dynamic start-up company based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The company develops a cloud-based log data analysis platform that automatically detects problems from the organization's application and infrastructure log data, helping IT teams from large organizations proactively identify and resolve technical issues in complex IT environments.
The Logmind team aims to bring their innovative technology and new, efficient workflows into enterprise IT by transforming manual tasks into automated processes.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and autonomous individual with drive and passion, who has experience or interest in enterprise software sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Searching and qualifying leads
* Conducting emails, cold calls, and follow-ups with prospective customers
* Building relationships with potential clients to identify needs and assess their interest and viability to drive sales
* Scheduling client appointments and product demonstrations with qualified prospects
* Participating in sales presentations and demonstrations
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system and tracking sales activities
* Achieving measurable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
* Communicating effectively in English, French, and/or Swiss German
* Possessing technical knowledge or interest in big data and enterprise IT tools
* Exercising excellent negotiation skills based on value selling
* Demonstrating a creative, persistent, positive, and resilient mindset to reach objectives
* Having experience with CRM software (Hubspot or Salesforce), lead generation, and automation tools
* Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, science, or a related field
