Deine Aufgaben
As a Junior Business Controller, you will be reporting to the Head of Group Controlling and are based at the headquarters in Zurich. This role is an addition to the existing team and will mainly support Group Sales, Marketing and Product Management with commercial analyses. The role focuses on combining external market information with internal data to develop clear analyses that support pricing decisions, commercial steering and growth initiatives across countries and product groups.
Market & Business Analysis:
* Combine external market data (market size, price levels, competitive benchmarks) with internal data
* Quantify addressable market, penetration gaps and upside potential by country and product group
* Support the definition of pricing ranges and positioning based on market and internal performance insights
Pricing & Scenario Analysis:
* Support the development and maintenance of pricing models by country, product group and channel
* Understand market demand / trends and the consequences for our pricing across different product groups
* Price elasticity / sensitivity analyses to support portfolio optimization and market entry decisions
* Support management decisions with data-driven pricing recommendations
Business Controlling and Management Support:
* Support the preparation of management-ready analyses, dashboards and presentations for the CSO and Group Management, working closely with the Head of Group Controlling
* Help transform analytical results into clear and actionable business insights, with guidance and feedback
* Assist with ad-hoc analyses for commercial and strategic decision-making at Group level
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Finance as part of the Controlling team
Dein Profil
* Degree or education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
* Experience in controlling, pricing, or financial management
* Strong interest in business analytics and financial modeling
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP and SAP Analytics (or other BI tools) is a plus
* Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
* Highly structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style
* Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn, with a proactive mindset
* Team-oriented, communicative, and comfortable collaborating across borders
