To reinforce the Synechron Switzerland team, we are looking for a Business Data Analyst. Our mission is for one of our clients, a Private Bank in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
* Translating complex data into clear, impactful insights that support decision-making across investment and operational teams.
* Designing, prototyping, and optimizing Power BI dashboards focused on usability, performance, and storytelling.
* Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between requirements and implementation.
* Defining and documenting business requirements for data pipelines and reporting structures.
* Driving continuous improvement in data quality, dashboard UX, and analytical processes.
* Contributing to the evolution of a modern data and analytics platform, integrating cloud and SaaS technologies.
Qualifications
Profile and skills:
* You have significant experience as a Business Data Analyst and a strong background in the banking sector, ideally with exposure to Alternative Investments or Private Assets, which will be a strong advantage in this role.
* You have a solid technical foundation and are confident working with Power BI, SQL, and Excel to design insightful dashboards and data solutions.
* You combine a strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, value-added insights that support strategic decision-making.
* You are an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and build trusted relationships across the organization.
* With an analytical mindset and proactive attitude, you thrive in dynamic, fast-changing environments and enjoy solving complex problems with creativity and precision.
* You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
* To be eligible for this position, you must hold Swiss residency.
