Our partner is a European company specializing in secure network solutions to ensure data and communication confidentiality. They offer IP-based security solutions for various applications, including mobile access.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with technical issues during installation, deployment, and operation
* Support customer onboarding remotely and on-site
* Lead product demonstrations and facilitate workshops and training sessions
* Troubleshoot network, VPN, and communication issues
* Document configurations, solutions, and insights
* Communicate customer requirements and feedback to product and R&D teams
* Support operational tasks, including product delivery coordination and validation
Qualifications
* Strong technical knowledge in IT and networking (TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, firewalls)
* Experience with system installation, configuration, and support
* Excellent communication skills, customer handling, and presentation experience
* Experience with government or high-security clients is a plus
* Knowledge of secure communication or cryptographic solutions is desirable
* Fluent in German and English
