As Global Sales Customer Excellence Lead High‑Tech, you drive commercial excellence and customer‑centric sales support across Kuehne Nagel’s global vertical organization. You act as a strategic partner to Key Account Managers and Business Development leaders, enabling effective bid management, strengthening vertical‑specific customer relationships, and ensuring seamless sales‑to‑implementation transitions while delivering consistent, high‑quality commercial solutions and accelerating the vertical’s commercial momentum.
How you create impact
Drive RFI, bid, and tender responses with KAMs and pricing, ensuring compliant and competitive commercial proposals.
Analyze customer requirements and prepare tailored value propositions, including coordinating post‑mortem reviews.
Ensure smooth sales‑to‑implementation handovers through structured documentation and clear commercial insights.
Support KAMs by maintaining customer data, coordinating legal documentation (NDA, MSA), and identifying business opportunities.
Prepare and participate in strategic customer reviews and meetings, coordinating input across regions and functions.
Lead vertical‑specific commercial initiatives, manage customer repositories, and share best practices to strengthen global consistency.
