Company Description

THE Machines Yvonand SA is a dynamic and constantly expanding company. We build high-tech machines and production lines for our clients worldwide. Our know-how and technical expertise are highly recognized in the fields of drip irrigation, multilayer composite tube production, and precision laser welding.

Main Responsibilities

* Administrative management: Supervision of contracts, absence management, legal compliance, payroll management, insurance portfolio management, HR KPI monitoring.
* HR project management: Implementation and/or monitoring of HR projects (updating regulations, appraisal interviews, job descriptions, onboarding and offboarding processes, employer brand improvement, etc.), ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality, monitoring developments and best practices in HR management in order to provide innovative solutions tailored to the company's needs.
* Recruitment & Integration: Definition of needs, recruitment management, reinforcement of the employer brand, integration of new employees.
* Performance & Talent Management: Performance assessment, manager coaching, talent management and succession planning.
* Training & Development: Drawing up training plans, supporting employees in their professional development.

Specific Professional Knowledge

* Federal diploma as a human resources specialist or equivalent qualification.
* Several years' proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the industrial sector.
* Excellent knowledge of Swiss employment law and social insurance schemes.
* Mastery of IT tools (ERP, Office, HRIS tools, payroll software, etc.).
* Fluency in French and English (spoken and written), other languages an asset.
* Leadership, stress management and adaptability.
* Ability to listen and make decisions.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change.
* High degree of autonomy and initiative.
* Strong communication and conflict management skills.
