For our client, a well-established Swiss Private Bank in Zurich, we are currently seeking an experienced professional to support the Advisory team, with an immediate start on a 12-month contract.
The desk delivers tailored investment solutions to Private Banking clients and their advisors across multiple channels.
The Advisory Support team ensures that CIO-generated investment ideas reach the right audience, maintaining the highest standards of content and presentation.
Job Profile Maintenance, management, and further development of databases, tools, and systems used to provide investment information Ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of investment ideas to client advisors and clients Close collaboration with the CIO team and other specialist departments Supporting the creation and preparation of presentations, reports, and communication materials Reviewing and optimizing existing processes, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and automation Participation in additional project-specific tasks within the Advisory area Requirements Commercial Banking apprenticeship or equivalent, with 3-5 years of relevant professional experience Strong numerical affinity and enjoyment of working with databases and systems Highly precise, structured, and responsible working style Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power Point, and Word Advantageous: experience with various securities (equities, bonds, funds) Interest in proactively analyzing and improving processes Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a proactive working approach Why Us?
