Logistics Manager Bring performance to the heart of our projects! A company recognized in metal construction, we are looking for a Logistics Manager capable of leading, structuring, and evolving our logistics into a true center of competence within our company. Your key missions As a true conductor of logistics, you will take charge of: · Overall management of the warehouse: supervision of inbound/outbound flows, inventory management, monitoring of metal entries (excluding cutting) and developing the warehouse as an internal service. · Logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. · Supply management: management of stocks and items, particularly the CMA line, in close collaboration with the technical office, production (steel & aluminum), and assembly. · Flow management & ERP: rigorous monitoring of stock movements and implementation of efficient dashboards. · Management of docks and storage areas: smooth loading/unloading of goods. · Team management: supervision and monitoring of logistics staff, the concierge, and the internal transport manager (a team of 4 people). · Continuous improvement: actively developing tools and work processes. · Space management: maintaining order, managing internal and external storage areas. · Project departures: supervision of transport, checking loads, and departures for assembly. · Annual inventories: monitoring of tools, lifting equipment, safety equipment, and vehicles. · Compliance & quality: controls and calibrations according to the requirements of the quality management system (QMS). Your profile · Confirmed experience in logistics, ideally in industry or metal construction. · Leadership and a taste for the field. · Excellent capabilities and mastery of ERP tools and complex logistical flows. · Continuous improvement mindset and solutions-oriented. · Ease in interdepartmental communication.
