As Collections Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in our finance team, reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Collections. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process, ensuring timely debt collection, and overseeing the renewal and billing cycles.
You’ll work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and support revenue growth.
