We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise product team to lead the ongoing development and adoption of our Enterprise solution.
Technical Product Management (70%) Translate vision into actionable roadmap, own the product narrative and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
Engage with engineering in technical conversations, understanding implications of technical decisions, and align Engineering work to product goals
Lead project execution, anticipating and resolving roadblocks, coordinating the work of teammates, and clearly communicating goals and status with the organization
Identify product opportunities, translating them into clear milestones and artefacts that align with Business Objectives
Discovery & Research (30%) Support Continuous Discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory/market news, identify trends
Conduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, translate insights into signals and identify gaps in the product roadmap
Drive product requirements, drive product documentation and own the workstream, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business and Marketing teams
Gather qualitative and quantitative data to be able to support or challenge product assumptions/feature requests
Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment with a proven track record of delivering impact
Understanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle
Exceptional communication skills and aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts
Comfort with the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment within a growing startup
Languages: Russian and/or Ukrainian
Preferred Qualifications Prior work experience on Bitcoin-related products
Experience with other enterprise-focused crypto products and their application / adoption among businesses from the TradFi sector
Deep understanding of traditional financial systems, services & products
A holistic understanding of the major interoperable cash generating units within global money center banks: Commercial banking, investment banking, prime brokerage and asset management
Prior knowledge of Liquid and its role in the Bitcoin ecosystem
