For our location in Zurich, we are looking for a Regional Account Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
YOUR ROLE
1. Develop and diversify the regional business
* Build loyalty and grow your region's business through your actions and those of your sales team.
* Disseminate commercial information from the network and ensure implementation of actions.
* Evaluate the customer/prospect portfolio in your region.
* Assess competition and market prices.
* Implement regional sales strategies aligned with company development axes and transport plans.
1. Lead and manage the regional sales team
* Develop action plans with sales representatives, set objectives, and monitor progress.
* Lead sales meetings and organize regional campaigns.
* Support team members through interviews and joint visits.
* Propose training and conduct annual reviews.
* Participate in recruitment and manage the team daily.
1. Analyze and monitor operational results
* Inform management about commercial actions and profitability issues.
* Ensure operational resources are available in collaboration with directors.
1. Communicate and report
* Report results and performance monthly to management.
* Participate in meetings and monitor reporting software use.
1. Specific activities
* Conduct communication missions and participate in business promotion in your market.
REQUIREMENTS
* Completed apprenticeship in the commercial sector with several years of Key Account Management experience.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Experience in healthcare and freight sectors.
* Strong IT skills, especially MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP).
* Fluent in English and Swiss German/German, both written and spoken.
* Confident demeanor, good communication, analytical skills, and initiative.
