Your future responsibilities: You will design, optimize, and validate CNC programs (ISO / Fanuc / Alphacam). You will ensure complex adjustments and production setup on Fanuc Robodrill machining centers and Bumotec 5-axis machines (S191, Néo, or equivalent). You will lead the production setup of single parts as well as small and medium series with high added value, and you will carry out all machine adjustments (origins, tools, corrections) and guarantee their reliability. You will be responsible for the dimensional and aesthetic conformity of the parts, optimize cycle times, and ensure safety. You will play a driving role in continuous improvement processes and sharing best practices. You will ensure first-level maintenance and collaborate closely with the services.Profile: You hold a vocational diploma in polymechanics, micromechanics, precision mechanics, or equivalent. You have confirmed experience in CNC machining 3 to 5 axes and production setup. You master CNC/CAD-CAM, complex adjustments, and quality control.
