Your Role
* Exposure to industry best practices on OCM and change toolkits
* Execute projects successfully as per agreed schedule, budget, and scope
* Engage with internal and external stakeholders as appropriate
* Perform project management processes: initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close, along with scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, and stakeholder management
* Diagnose and strategize the need for change and communicate effectively with all involved parties
* Lead and manage end-to-end change projects, including progress tracking and reporting
* Design and develop training for stakeholders involved
* Design, plan, and deliver effective communication throughout the change cycle
Your Profile
* Prior experience in Business Process Management
* Strong knowledge of Stakeholder Management
* Experience interacting with senior client leaders such as CTOs and COOs, as well as internal partners
* Business Process Improvement experience – Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable
* Hands-on experience with industry-leading BPMN tools
* Industry experience in sectors like Government, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Oil & Gas, BFSI, Airlines, Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, etc.
* Extensive experience in end-to-end project management, preferably in strategy and business domains
