PpFor a multinational client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector we are looking for an: /p pbArea Sales Manager /b /p h3Mission /h3 pReporting to the Group Sales Director ensures both the management and development of the business in assigned area for the entire product portfolio, including the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company; /li liDevelops and executes strategies to meet sales targets and maximises sales revenues in allocated areas / allocated accounts; /li liPlans, budgets and participates at fairs, conferences or alike related to defined Target Markets; /li liReduces commercial and technical contractual risks by developing solutions with internal stakeholders adhering the different processes and approval steps; /li liMonitors, evaluates, and supports the performance of sales representatives/agents; /li liPrepares accurate and comprehensive quotations inline with the agreed timescales; /li liFollows the order fulfilment process jointly with the Project Manager having at any time a clear project overview and situation related to contractual terms and conditions; /li liRecognizes and implements the most commercially viable solutions for accounts; /li liDevelops a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector and use this to develop relationships and opportunities. /li /ul h3Knowledge and experience /h3 ul liSTEM degree required; MBA considered a plus. /li liAt least 10 years' experience at multinational manufacturing companies; /li liHistory of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence; /li liGood knowledge of the market. /li /ul h3Main competences /h3 ul liAbility to communicate effectively; /li liLeadership and energy; /li liBuilding effective consensus based on relationships; /li liDecision making and problem-solving skills; /li liGoal oriented, results-driven; /li liFluency in English and Italian; /li liIntegrity and professional ethics. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liVery competitive base salary and bonus; /li liCompany car, laptop and smartphone. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
