We are recruiting on behalf of a leading global biopharma company to strengthen its European Cell-Therapy Operations. What you’ll do
Be the single point of contact for treatment sites, scheduling patient-specific manufacturing slots and keeping all stakeholders in sync
Own the end-to-end customer experience – from first schedule creation to real-time portal support
Troubleshoot & resolve logistics challenges, coordinating exception processes (returns, replacements, OOS) calmly and proactively
Maintain accurate master & transactional data in the scheduling and account-management systems
Collaborate cross-functionally, leading or contributing to tactical meetings and improvement projects as operations allow
What you bring
> 3 years’ experience in customer service, call-centre operations, logistics, supply-chain or related field
Proven ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced setting, remaining customer-centric and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills in English & German; French is a plus
A self-starter mindset, ownership, and a collaborative spirit
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
