Job Description

* Start Date: March 2025 (ideally)
* Contract Type: Indefinite Temporary Contract for an estimated length of 2 Years
Looking for: Client Activation Project Manager CRM / Salesforce Analyst
Key Skills:
* Soft skills: Precision, organization, autonomy
* Mindset: Analytical, clienteling-oriented, project management, retail/luxury CRM experience
* Technical skills: Understanding of Salesforce models, flow management, performance & adoption analysis
* Tools: Salesforce (MANDATORY), Ticketing (JIRA), bug management, tool implementation & optimization
Main Responsibilities:
* Clienteling & Performance: Analyze clienteling actions & performance, track insights, and provide recommendations
* Project Management: Conduct tests, create documentation & technical briefs for in-store action implementation
* Optimization & Satisfaction: Maintain existing flows, propose improvements (e.g., new surveys)
The Successful Applicant
* Retail Experience
* Salesforce (MANDATORY)
* Experience in Clienteling and Satisfaction Projects
* Project Management Skills and Analytical Thinking
* Business Oriented
* Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a Plus
* Experience with Dashboarding
* Fluent in French and English
* Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
* Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies and Tools
