Your responsibilities Lead the development and integration of structural rotorcraft components, assemblies, and installations, ensuring high-quality design documentation
Generate conceptual designs for structural parts, considering factors such as cost-efficiency, safety, maintainability, and reliability
Ensure continuous compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and internal quality processes
Apply and enforce configuration management procedures and oversee implementation of design changes in response to Change Requests (CRs)
Serve as the focal point for manufacturing feasibility, providing design input that supports manufacturability and cost-effective production
Lead and coordinate design reviews, producing independent, structured reports that identify clashes, risks, and improvement opportunities
Your qualification & experience University degree in a relevant engineering discipline
8–10 years of experience in conceptual and detailed design of aerospace components, with a strong focus on structural elements
Proficient in 3D CAD tools relevant to aerospace design; experience with Siemens NX is a strong asset
Proven background in supporting aerospace design development through to manufacturing, including cross-functional collaboration
Deep knowledge of aerospace structural specifications, materials, and certification requirements
Experience with “design to cost” and “design to weight” principles
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for interfacing with stakeholders and external partners
Precise and methodical in reviewing, validating, and releasing technical documentation
English proficiency at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken
