Job Opportunity:
Strategic Financial Leader
As a seasoned executive, you will drive the development and execution of strategic financial plans to support business growth and innovation.
1. Lead the evaluation of the Finance function across Europe, focusing on digital innovation and enhanced financial performance.
2. Collaborate with teams in Finance, Region Europe organization, Transformation & Growth, and Global Functions to deliver operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Digital Finance Strategy and Leadership
Develop and implement digital finance strategies, including automation, AI/ML integration, and advanced analytics.
Deploy FP&A activities across European markets, integrating FIOH outcomes and GCC Hyderabad support.
Advise the CFO Region Europe and Europe Finance LT on digital finance trends and opportunities.
Project Portfolio Management and Stakeholder Engagement
Manage project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable outcomes.
Collaborate with countries & clusters CFOs/FP&As to identify and prioritize high-impact projects.
Change Management and Collaboration
Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes.
Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Management Engineering. An MBA, CPA, or other relevant professional qualifications would be a plus.
Proficient business English.
5+ years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of driving business evaluation and excellence within large, complex organizations.
Experience in finance evaluation, including system upgrades, process optimization, and capability development.
Strong background in benchmarking, process standardization, and automation initiatives within the Finance function.
Proven expertise in leading organizational design reviews and managing cross-functional teams.
Experience in building and leading capabilities development, including top-notch programs for senior leadership (e.g., CFO programs).
