Your backpack
* 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning engineer or data scientist with experience in bringing a product from development to industrialization phase
* Strong programming skills, especially in Python
* Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a collaborative team player
* Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Advantages :

* PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Your task
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models
* Translate business problems into data-driven solutions
* Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance
* Collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into our products
* Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Support pre-sales activities and present technical solutions to clients when needed
