As a Staff Salesforce Engineer – Technical Architectat Oviva, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Salesforce platform, which serves as the backbone of our global business operations. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and other business units to define the platform’s strategic direction and ensure it evolves in line with Oviva’s long-term object

You will act as a trusted technical authority, driving architectural vision, setting technical standards, and guiding teams in the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions. Your leadership will extend beyond engineering, influencing how Oviva manages patient journeys and streamlines operational processes. By mentoring other engineers and leading complex initiatives, you’ll ensure our Salesforce ecosystem supports both operational excellence and a seamless user experience, ultimately helping us deliver accessible and effective care to people living with weight-related condi

Extensive Salesforce expertise: 7+ years of advanced Salesforce development and architecture experience, with mastery of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud. Deep proficiency in Flows, APEX, Lightning Components, SOQL, and platform governance, with a proven ability to deliver scalable and secure so
* lutions.Strategic leadership: Proven ability to identify opportunities where Salesforce can unlock significant business value, design end-to-end solutions, and secure alignment from senior stakeholders. Demonstrated capability to drive initiatives that align technical direction with business pri
* orities.Ownership & initiative: History of independently shaping and driving complex Salesforce initiatives from concept through to measurable outcomes.
