Overview Senior Client Relations and Admissions Manager role at The Kusnacht Practice. The successful candidate will be the first and primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding their decision to engage in treatment. This role ensures a seamless and highly personalised experience—from the initial inquiry through post-treatment discharge—with empathy, precision, and discretion.
Your Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and discretion
Proactively and empathetically guide prospective clients from first contact through to engagement, offering clarity and reassurance throughout their journey
Identify client needs and collaborate with the medical team to create personalized, high-touch treatment plans
Coordinate and oversee the full admissions process—from initial consultation through treatment planning to discharge
Manage and support the discharge process, ensuring smooth transitions and appropriate follow-up care
Prepare offers, invoices, reports, and performance statistics with precision and timeliness
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners while actively acquiring new ones, including doctors, clinics, and treatment centres
Represent the organization at events and fairs, professionally promoting services and expanding brand reach
Support marketing and brand management efforts by providing client insights and contributing to outreach initiatives
You are / you have A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales-driven, client-facing role, ideally within the luxury, healthcare, or life sciences sectors
Degree in Human Sciences, Psychology, or a related field; a healthcare background is an advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written) — mandatory. Additional languages are a plus
Demonstrated success in engaging with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, building trust and converting relationships into premium service engagements
Strong, sophisticated, results-oriented communicator with the ability to inspire confidence and guide decision-making at the highest level
Demonstrated efficiency, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and a professional, dynamic presence
Strong team player with a goal-oriented mindset and flexibility regarding working hours
High levels of empathy, confidence, adaptability, persistence, emotional intelligence, and resilience
Proficiency in MS-Office and experience with electronic health records systems preferred
Eligibility to work in Switzerland
