Job Description
The R&D Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of complex projects related to medical devices, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget. Reporting to senior management, this role involves regular collaboration with surgeons to obtain clinical feedback.
This position requires effective management of project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate regularly with surgeons to gather detailed clinical feedback on product designs, applying their insights to optimize product development.

* Work closely with engineering, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality and regulatory requirements.
* Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing risks or issues.
* Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
* Ensure optimal resource utilization for assigned projects, working closely with team leads and department heads.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for medical devices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. At least two years of experience in project management within the medical devices industry is required, with a proven track record of leading R&D projects.
