Job Summary:
The Regional Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust patch management strategy to ensure all IT & OT systems are up to date with the latest security patches.
This role will involve collaborating with IT and OT departments to align patching schedules and minimize disruptions, monitoring patching cycles, and verifying the successful deployment of patches across systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
The Regional Cybersecurity Analyst will also be responsible for investigating security breaches, documenting incidents, and assessing damage.
In addition, this role will involve managing the TISAX certification process, conducting regular security assessments, and implementing cybersecurity solutions for manufacturing environments.
The successful candidate will have a university degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology, and ideally 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a robust patch management strategy to ensure all IT & OT systems are up to date with the latest security patches.
* Collaborate with IT and OT departments to align patching schedules and minimize disruptions.
* Monitor patching cycles and verify the successful deployment of patches across systems.
* Investigate security breaches and document incidents.
* Manage the TISAX certification process.
* Conduct regular security assessments and implement cybersecurity solutions for manufacturing environments.
* Train staff on cybersecurity best practices.
* Be part of a multinational SOC (Security Operation Center), managing and checking threats and vulnerabilities with a follow-the-sun schedule.
Requirements:
* University degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology.
* Ideally 3+ years of experience in a relevant role.
* Proficient English language skills - knowledge of French is considered an asset.
* Familiarity with regulations and standards such as FDA, GDPR.
* Knowledge of TISAX certification and the ability to navigate its assessment and compliance processes.
* Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate potential threats.
* Communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical staff.
* Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
* Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
* Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
* Excellent documentation and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
