We are looking for a dynamic, energetic college student intern who is eager to learn about and assist various departments. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data, work on department specific assignments for departments such as Career Technical Education, Nurse’s Office, Technology, Communications, Instructional Services, Maintenance & Operations, etc., and attend meetings where you may be asked to take minutes and perform other assignments. You will also be asked to participate in community and District events, as needed.
Responsibilities
* Assist with research and data capture.
* Work on department‑specific assignments across Career Technical Education, Nurse’s Office, Technology, Communications, Instructional Services, Maintenance & Operations.
* Attend and take minutes in meetings.
* Participate in community and district events as needed.
* Contribute to upcoming projects and current campaigns, upgrade technology, produce data and reports.
Education / Certification
* Current college student.
* Graduated from high school within 4 years of application.
Special Knowledge / Skills
* Proficient keyboarding, word processing, and file maintenance.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic math skills.
* Ability to operate a copier machine and laminator.
