Responsibilities
* Responsibility for and management of our M&A activities—from initial contact to integration
* Conducting company valuations and preparing market studies and business plans
* Active search for strategic acquisition targets and development of recommendations for action
* Negotiation of contracts and execution of transactions
Qualifications
* Broad experience in M&A projects
* Entrepreneurial thinking, integrity, and strong communication and analytical skills
* Knowledge of financial analysis, plausibility checks of business plans, and company valuation
* Technical university degree
