Job Description
* Organise and coordinate travel and accommodation for employees, temporary staff (external providers), and clients.
* Provide guidance on customs, local regulations, and assist with obtaining required documentation (e.g. visas, permits)
* Ensure compliance with internal travel policies and applicable regulations.
* Proactively recommend improvements and innovative solutions to optimize travel processes.
* Manage travel-related issues including client complaints and service disruptions.
* Monitor and analyze travel costs to support budgeting and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Support HR-related administrative tasks as needed (e.g. onboarding, documentation, internal processes).
* Contribute to quarterly time management tracking and related HR reporting
* Act as a liaison between employees and HR for travel-related queries and policy clarifications
The Successful Applicant
* Min 3 years of experience as Travel Officer
* HR experience is a plus
* English B2+/C1, French fluent
* Good time management, good team spirit,
