Your mission:
* You’ll develop El Tony Mate’s strategy around electronic music and scene culture
* You’ll create and realize your own event formats and cultural projects
* You’ll identify new cultural trends and place the brand in the right contexts
* You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and digital teams on brand activations and storytelling
* You’ll grow and nurture our network (event organizers, artists, DJs, clubs, cultural institutions, etc.)
Your profile:
* You live and breathe electronic music and have a deep sense for scene, community, and aesthetics
* You have several years of experience in the culture, music, or event industry (e.g. as a DJ, artist, or event manager)
* You bring a broad network in the electronic music scene in Switzerland and beyond
* You think strategically, conceptually, and with passion
* You’re experienced in project management and enjoy getting hands-on
* You spot cultural trends before they hit the mainstream
* You're a team player, but also take initiative and make decisions confidently
* You’re motivated to make a difference, rethink things, and take ownership with enthusiasm
