Mission & Responsibilities Responsibility of the pizza sector – Preparation of pizzas, focaccias and other specialties based on menu recipes
Collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine/Chef Pizzaiolo regarding management, storage, ordering and quality control of supplies
Distribution of tasks to Pizzaiolo assistants for simple tasks
Mandatory memorization of the menu
Responsibility for safety and hygiene at the pizza station
Maintaining high quality and appropriate portion sizes
Qualifications & Competencies Strong knowledge of Italian; basic knowledge of German or French, depending on the canton
Knowledge of traditional pizza specialties and nutrients of different foods
Specialized restaurant knowledge (food preparation, cooking, food storage, correct use of kitchen and cooking utensils)
Basic knowledge of administrative tasks (e.g., checking delivery notes, goods receipts)
In-depth understanding of hygiene and safety standards and accident prevention
