ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Delivery Manager to strengthen our Delivery Management Team to drive end-to-end client projects for one of our key clients in Geneva, cooperating closely with our Account Managers and Business Development.

Responsibilities
1. Manage client relationships, expectations, and represent delivery at governance level
2. Address client issues, identify, and manage engagement risks
3. Coordinate the preparation of client proposals and statements of work
4. Run multiple streams of activities and coordinate with client groups throughout the project lifecycle
5. Be accountable for delivery, including financial, staffing, implementation, business, and regulatory requirements
6. Collaborate with peers, delivery partners, technology consultants, account managers, and solution architects
7. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive estimates, delivery plans, and retrospectives, and flag serious issues early
8. Participate in business development, understanding client needs, and identifying new opportunities to drive account growth
9. Lead and represent delivery in sales and pre-sales activities, from contracting onwards
10. Share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with clients
Requirements
1. Experience in leadership roles, such as Solution/Enterprise Architect or Delivery/Program Manager
2. Knowledge of designing and implementing large distributed, scalable, and reliable solutions, preferably on public cloud platforms
3. Proficiency in translating architecture into detailed implementation plans for cloud deployments
4. Experience in consulting or outsourcing account/delivery/project management
5. Experience with cloud and data platforms is highly desirable
6. Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills
7. Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
8. Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies, with experience in Agile and Waterfall models
9. Hands-on experience managing complex projects and stakeholders, successfully driving IT services engagements
10. Ability to build solid client relationships and work effectively in virtual, dispersed teams to meet deadlines
11. Fluent in French and English
