- Communicating with Japanese travel agents - Training and supervising other staff members. - Controlling and managing staff schedules and training programmes. - Overseeing tour planning, sales, and operational duties. - Handling reservations and managing quotations for tours. - Providing information to Japanese clients at the information/help desk and over the phone. - Offering emergency services for Japanese clients, such as attending hospitals and assisting with lost baggage claims. -A minimum of 5 years' experience in tourism is required.
