Ensure the clients' assets delivery/receipt for all the activities associated with the transfer of securities to a different financial establishment or within the Bank.
This includes all type of assets with expertise primarily required in alternative assets such as mutual funds, Private Equities and Hedge Funds
Main responsibilities
* Crossed analysis of the received information: custodian’s swifts, agent prospectus, contract notes and financial providers such as: Bloomberg, Telekurs.
* Perform control of reconciliation of holdings, entitlements determination, pending positions management.
* Be able to manage and control securities transfer instructions received from Wealth Management and external parties (transfer IN/OUT/Internal and funds registration process).
* Control transmission of the deposits to our correspondents/Transfer Agents/Administrators and control of their safe delivery and acceptance.
* Follow-up of the topics and issues over the lifecycle of the securities transfer activities.
* Good understanding of the risks inherent in the Corporate Actions environment related to ongoing securities transfers and demonstrate good discipline around control and escalation.
* Ensure daily follow up in respect of pending issues and take appropriate measures for resolution.
