4. Manage teams effectively and ensure safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
* Technical expertise in railway construction.
* Experience in site and financial management.
* Knowledge in cost estimation and bid preparation.
* Ability to integrate into an existing team.
* Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, flexibility, and creativity.
* Proficiency in French and good knowledge of Swiss German.
