Manage daily schedules, appointments, and personal commitments Coordinate travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, and leisure activities Drive the principal to appointments, events, or errands as needed Run personal errands, manage shopping, and handle last-minute requests Liaise with household staff, service providers, and external contacts Assist with packing, wardrobe organization, and travel preparation Provide light administrative support (bill payments, filing, correspondence) Be present and supportive during private events or family gatherings Support a High-Net-Worth Individual during July Assist with packing, wardrobe organization, and travel preparation Previous experience as a PA to HNWI or in luxury hospitality / lifestyle management Impeccable discretion, adaptability, and attention to detail Valid driver's license and confident driving high-end vehicles Fluent in English (French or other languages a plus) Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends if needed Proactive, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure Start date : end of June.
