Are you a detail-oriented professional with fluency in both German and English, looking for a part-time (80%) opportunity in a dynamic international company? Join Ascom, a global leader in Healthcare ICT and mobile workflow solutions, and play a vital role in ensuring smooth logistics operations.

For 160 years, Ascom has been at the forefront of healthcare technology, supporting over 12,000 hospitals worldwide and processing over 2 million alerts daily. Now, we are looking for a dedicated Order Administrator (80%) to support our logistics team.

Your Responsibilities

* Handle sales orders, order confirmations, and invoicing
* Provide pricing and delivery information, manage purchase orders, and monitor deliveries
* Administer export documents, customs declarations, and ensure compliance with regulations
* Oversee repair orders, issue invoices and credits, and maintain accurate records
* Update logistics systems, generate reports, and support internal teams with administrative tasks
* Manage and distribute incoming mail and packages on a daily basis.
* This position requires a full-time on-site presence, and remote work options are not available.

Your Profile

Education & Experience

* Minimum two years of experience in order administration, logistics know how, or a similar role - e.g. Commercial Apprenticeship / Service & Repairs Coordinator
* Experience in customs handling, export documentation, and international shipments

Skills & Competencies

* Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential.
* Strong understanding of customs declarations and export regulations
* Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
* Customer-focused with a structured and detail-oriented approach
* Ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines
