Team Leader
You will be responsible for leading the Commercial Operations team, ensuring an efficient and structured approach to pre-sales commercial activities. The role focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing commercial tools, and supporting the regional sales teams to facilitate growth and scalability. Additionally, you will be acting as the central liaison between Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners, driving data accuracy, process efficiency, and commercial strategy execution.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Direct and develop the Commercial Operations team to ensure high performance execution of daily activities.
* Ownership: Act as the Commercial Data Owner, driving global pipeline adoption and forecasting accuracy across all international regions.
* Process Optimization: Oversee the "Quote-to-Order" workflow, ensuring 95%+ data accuracy in SAP and structured contract management.
* Customer Onboarding: Lead the "Customer 360°" project to guarantee a premium onboarding and communication experience.
* Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate between Sales, Finance (AR follow-ups), Tech Support and Operations to drive commercial strategy and budget alignment.
* Global Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate between the global regions (APAC, MEIA, USA etc.).
Required
* CFC Commercial or equivalent
* Proven Leader: Experience managing teams in Sales/Commercial Operations.
* Languages: French speaker, English is a must and any other language is an asset
* Systems Expert: Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Wrike.
* Strategist: Strong background in forecasting, budgeting, and process scaling.
* Communicator: Ability to influence stakeholders and inter-departements coordination
