Lead, coordinate, and follow up on CAPA activities (Corrective and Preventive Actions). Collect, analyze, and assess defective products from global markets. Support quality issue resolution related to new products and product launches. Conduct strategic groundwork to improve overall quality performance. Continuously develop and optimize quality processes and standards. Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across functions and regions. Consider and manage quality topics within a complex global logistics setup Profile Degree or equivalent qualification with a background in Quality Management or a related field. 3+ years of relevant experience in quality management, ideally within footwear, apparel, accessories, or physical consumer goods. Strong product and material knowledge within consumer goods. Proven experience with CAPA processes and quality data analysis. Business Fluent in English; German is an advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills in an international environment. Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style.
