* Define and own the EMEA digital paid media strategy for the region
* Oversee end-to-end execution, working hand-in-hand with the EMEA Digital Customer Experience & Marketing team, corporate team, channel partners and digital agencies.
* Define and execute paid media campaigns with channel partners and support partner-led campaigns.
* Select and manage digital agencies, oversee paid media budget allocation and ROI across direct and channel partners campaigns.
* Track and analyse performance and make recommendations to enhance direct and channel partner campaigns on an ongoing basis.
* Participate in regional/global working groups to represent the regional point of view.
Who We Are Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in digital, Communications, or Business
* 5+ years of experience in defining B2B digital paid media strategy across EMEA
* Deep knowledge of the EMEA B2B digital media landscape as well as current/emerging platforms, technologies and tools
* Proven track record of creating and executing successful multi-market paid campaigns for B2B companies +/- channel partners
* Extensive knowledge of paid media strategies, industry standards and best practices
* Proven ability to drive change within a large organisation through effective influencing. A positive, proactive leader with clear and efficient communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to details. Comfortable working with raw data sets to produce reports and actionable insights, and experienced in interpreting digital analytics
* Google, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising certifications
* SEO knowledge
