Job Description
* Manage and oversee after‑sales projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
* Collaborate closely with the customer service department to address client needs and expectations.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve after‑sales processes.
* Monitor project progress and resolve any potential issues proactively.
* Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
* Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project outcomes and performance.
* Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
* Support the team in identifying opportunities for process optimisation and innovation.
The Successful Applicant
* A relevant educational background (Master Degree) in business, project management, or a related field.
* 3 to 7 years maximum of experience in marketing, business development (ideally in After‑Sales or as a Sales Coordinator), or finance, with strong expertise in project management.
* Proficient in Excel, SAP and Power BI.
* Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills in French and English.
* An ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic environments.
