Key Responsibilities:
Handling outbound calls with customers for credit management and debt collection
Actively listening to customers’ situations and identifying sustainable payment solutions
Negotiating repayment plans and monitoring agreed arrangements
Managing and updating cases within internal systems
Collaborating with the team to monitor outstanding accounts
Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach, even in sensitive situations
