In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth planning, administration, and execution of ISLs sports tournaments and holiday c programmes. Through your strong organisational and communication skills, you will foster a well structured, inclusive, and dynamic environment that brings students, staff, and families together across our after school activity offerings.
Main responsibilities:
* Co ordinate the organisation of external sports tournaments, including registrations, transport, logistics, and communication with schools, coaches, parents, and students.
* Support the planning and delivery of on cus tournaments, team try outs, and seasonal sports events.
* Maintain accurate records of student participation and team data on relevant platforms.
* Contribute to the development of an inclusive and well balanced Activities and Sports programme .
* Assist with the daily administration of after school activities, sports, and holiday cs.
* Provide logistical and administrative support for ISLs Holiday C programme, including registrations, scheduling, communication, and cus set up.
* Help coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of coaches and c staff.
* Prepare billing details and ensure financial procedures are followed for selected activities and events.
Desired profile:
1. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in coordinating events, cs programmes, or sports activities, covering both administrative and hands on responsibilities.
2. Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and French (C1), both written and oral.
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set priorities and be flexible with changing priorities.
4. Solution oriented mindset with strong customer service orientation.
