To strengthen our sales team and continue our development in central Valais and Upper Valais, we are looking for one or more:
HoReCa Field Sales Representatives (80–100 %)
Your mission As a true ambassador of our company in the field, you develop lasting relationships with a professional clientele active in the hotel, restaurant, and food trades.
Depending on your profile, language skills, and area of activity, you will take over and develop an existing client portfolio while actively contributing to the expansion of our commercial presence.
Your responsibilities Ensure the follow-up, loyalty, and development of an existing client portfolio
Prospect and acquire new clients in the HoReCa sector
Identify clients’ needs and propose suitable solutions
Present, advise on, and promote our product range
Negotiate commercial terms within the framework defined by the company
Maintain a regular presence in the field and develop trusting relationships
Guarantee quality follow-up and contribute to lasting client satisfaction
Enhance the visibility and reputation of our company among sector professionals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and responsive service
Your profile Commercial training, CFC in sales, gastronomy, or equivalent training
Proven experience in external sales, ideally with a HoReCa clientele
Good knowledge of the food sector and its challenges
Excellent command of French and/or German depending on the assigned sector
For development in Upper Valais: excellent command of German, very good understanding of Swiss German, ideally the Upper Valais dialect
Valid driving licence
Good knowledge of the Valais economic fabric
Proficiency in common IT tools
